No. The AI layer only judges free-text explain-back answers against a rubric, with a zero-cost local fallback when AI grading isn't available — every mastery and readiness number is computed deterministically, not by an AI's opinion.
A regular session adapts each question to what you personally need next — review, strengthen, or new material. A mock exam is a fixed, timed, full-length simulation of the real thing, for rehearsing pacing and pressure, not for learning new concepts.
