Support, access, and anything about the product
Enquiries are answered within two working days, Monday to Friday, ten in the morning to six in the evening India Standard Time. This is the address for access requests, sign-in problems, bug reports, content corrections, and general questions. If you are writing about an existing account, please write from the email address on that account — it lets us find you without asking you to prove who you are.
Refunds and billing
Use the same address for refund requests, billing errors, duplicate charges, and invoice questions. What to include, the timelines you can expect, and how refunds behave on an international payment are all set out on the Refund & Cancellation page. If a payment has gone wrong, please write here before raising a chargeback with your bank — it is almost always faster.
Privacy questions and grievances
Requests to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and any privacy grievance, go to the same address and are handled as described in the Privacy Notice. You can also delete your own account directly from that page at any time, without asking us.
Escalation
If something has not been resolved to your satisfaction — a refund decision in particular — this reaches the founder directly for personal review. It is the same escalation route the Institute's published Refund & Cancellation policy uses.
